BEAUTY REVIEW: The Body Shop’s Hemp Hand Protector

Seriously? Winter just won’t let go in our parts of the country. It’s dealing us a major blow causing major dry skin on top of everything else! So, what are we arming ourselves with these days in the extreme cold? I’m trying out several products and this is a winner!

I admit that I haven’t tried this in the past but when I posted a photo of it on my instagram and facebook several people mentioned that it’s been their go-to for very dry skin. So, it definitely caught my attention.

The Hemp Seed oil used in this particular product is from hemp plants grown in England with no pesticides. The nature of the plant grows quickly and is very resilient. Hemp plants also thrive in the damp climate of the country.

Results: It’s definitely been handy for dry skin on hands, feet, and dry patches. It’s rich without being sticky. The product also includes organic beeswax that acts as a barrier to seal in moisture so it lasts even through multiple hand washings. The product also has a earthy warm scent that is soothing to the soul. Definitely a keeper!
