Hey Guys! On November 14th – 16th, The Metro Toronto Convention Centre will once again bring the most highly anticipated event of the season. The Gentlemen’s Expo (TGE) is where the city’s most stylish men are invited to come out to play and experience the best of the best in lifestyle offerings.
In its second year, TGE is expecting over 30,000 of Toronto’s finest dudes throughout the weekend, and will feature an amazing roster of exhibitors. Over 100,000 square feet of fashion, tech, sports, craft and big brand alcohol sampling, grooming, business, cars, and new for 2014: 102.1 The Edge presents the Unplugged Soundstage in partnership with Crave Online.
This year will feature an unprecedented lineup of celebrities already confirmed to appear including Georges St. Pierre, Bruce Croxon, comedian and close hand magician Smoothini, world pool trick shot champion Venom Kohler, and Toronto Maple Leaf player Gary Roberts. Canadian Indie bands Hollerado, Born Ruffians, Dear Rouge, Wildlife and many more will also be performing throughout the weekend, not to mention some great local chefs showing you the tricks of the trade on the Miele Cooking Stage.
TGE will also showcase some great brands including a huge retail fashion pavilion anchored by Grafic which will include John Varvatos, Tiger of Sweden, Sand, G Lab, DL, Denham, Matchless, Vince and many more. Dove Men’s + Care will be offering free straight shaves all weekend long, and Toronto’s very own Bar Chef will be creating a new custom cocktail for the weekend.
One of the most interesting features this year is Canadian Tire’s Ultimate Garage. This modern urban marvel will be every guys dream garage, and one lucky winner will get a chance at winning a full garage makeover courtesy of Canadian Tire.
KPMG Enterprise has also partnered with TGE to bring you Start Me Up Sunday and the Start Up Pavilion. Check out some of the best up and coming Toronto startups throughout the weekend and see the top 4 pitch live to a panel of experts and investors on Sunday. It’s like being in the studio audience on Dragon’s Den… if they had one.
Okay..and yes, ladies you are definitely welcomed to go too…in fact, I think the ratios will be pretty decent here if you know what I mean. Wink.
