We all love a great croissant and Nadège definitely makes the most beautiful, buttery and flakiest pastries in town. Chef Nadège Nourian decided to recognize the popular pastry in her shops in a flavourful celebration.
This coming Sunday, March 8th it will be everything about croissant as Chef Nadège will feature 15 flavours of unexpected and delightful combinations. The croissants will pair exotic and local ingredients for this year’s Canadiana -themed menu including chestnut and cassis, rye and ginger, pecan pie and maple bacon.
Last year, customers were curious about her croissants made with black squid ink, pink praline and beer!
Nadège free-standing boutiques in Toronto will feature the specialty croissants in limited quantities. While supplies last.
