This one-night only event is definitely on our radar! On Tuesday, April 14, 2015, The Carbon Bar is teaming up with Cumbrae Farms and Canadian Whisky to offer a wicked cool dining experience. The exclusive 4-course, 10-dish menu will feature all things Smoke, Meat and Whisky!
You’re already familiar with Cumbrae’s right? They work in partnership with traditional family farms who ethically raise and produce the finest meats for our city’s carnivores.
Chef Hidde will be serving up the season’s top cuts and Canadian Whisky ambassador Dave Mitton will be in-house with featured cocktails and flights to complement the menu.
I had a peek at the menu and it looks amazing — for starters hello crispy sweetbreads with kimchi mayonnaise and BBQ Dusted crackling wth sweet chili dip!!! OMG!
On the whisky roster are JP Wisers, Pike Creek and Lot 40 Whisky. The price is $59 per person (alcohol/taxes not included)
