An unusual dining experience is coming this September that will sure to awaken all your senses. Stella Artois is introducing Sensorium and will make it’ss global premiere during the Toronto International Film Festival.
This multi-course, multi-sensory dining experience led by Chef Richie Farina, former Executive Chef at Michelin-starred Moto in Chicago and a team of Sensorial Experts, will offer diners a 360 degree experience. It’s an interactive experience that we’ll be curious to check out when it arrives!
Within a special created dome at 525 King Street West, guests will experience a five course meal — each dish inspired by one of the five senses (and paired with Stella, of course).
“Stella Artois’ Sensorium is pushing our creative boundaries to elevate the dining experience like never before,” said Chef Richie Farina. “From the moment you enter the room, every touchpoint is being considered to ensure we engage every sense; obviously the taste of each dish, but also the original music compositions, the aromas, the visual projects and the perfectly poured chalice of Stella Artois. We ‘re creating a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
Who else is involved in this sensory journey?
Filmmaker Jamie Webster, Director Common Good, who’s film will be projected inside the dome.
Niles Miszczyk, Head Producer and Engineer at Royal Mountain Records, will bring his five-course set list including original compositions.
Dr. Irwin Adams Eydelnanat, Creative & Scientific Director of Future Food Studio, a food thought laboratory. Infusing the dome with aromas that engage of senses and trigger memories and emotions.
The Stella Artois Sensorium dining experience will take place September 10 to 27.
